Membership is open to any licensed driver (18) years of age and older without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation or mental capacity.
All membership applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.
Any member who fails to comply with the membership provisions outlined in the bylaws may be terminated by a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors.
